Vice President Consultancy Sales

Our client is a well established, very high growth, performance improvement consulting firm with operations in the USA, UK, Europe and Africa. Their experienced and senior consultants deliver real, measurable and sustained business benefit to their clients across the industrial sector including mining and minerals, manufacturing, oil/gas, FMCG.

Typically assignments are multi-million dollar transformation programmes addressing major business issues including reducing working capital, reducing costs, increasing production, improving delivery performance, improving sales effectiveness, organisational optimisation, operational enhancement.

Our client is seeking experienced consulting and industry executives and business leaders, credible at COO and CEO level who are able to sell annually multiple $2m+ consultancy assignments across EMEA. The sales programme is highly structured and offers the opportunity for earnings in excess of $1m, with a decent six figure base salary.

  • Deep experience in delivering significant (i.e. $20m+) improvements and turnarounds to major multinationals

  • Exceptional track record of selling multi-million dollar business solutions

  • Relevant sector experience

  • Willingness to work long hours in unpleasant places and/or flying to/from them
