Blending Sales, Customer and Marketing expertise with credibility in SAP CRM, you will join a team of esteemed professionals supporting brand name organisations to better understand and engage customers and optimise sales and marketing activity.

This is a business led environment in which you will engage with business stakeholders, understanding their objectives, strategies and challenges and articulating the capability of SAP CRM as a strategic performance tool and enabler. Whether optimising marketing effectiveness and the use of customer information, improving customer engagement and access channels or reviewing the sales lifecycle, the work is varied, value adding and constructed to realise relevant benefits.
