Our client is a very high growth US consulting and IT services firm, creating exceptional career opportunities for talented management consulting professionals at all levels. This Practice is renowned for the successful delivery of high profile, major complex business programmes: with exceptional and continued growth over the last two years compounded by a number of recent wins of large programmes with major Blue chip clients they are set for further success.

As a result of this growth they now seek senior and accomplished Programme Managers/Transformation Principal Consultants and Directors with proven experience in consulting practice/business growth who will relish the opportunity to build a business based on their deep Retail and Consumer sector expertise.

You will already have experience and involvement at a consulting leadership level and have the drive, ambition and business development capability to take a further move in your career. You will have gained your experience within a large management consultancy, IT services firm or working for a smaller consultancy and have a proven background of delivering successful projects and winning business within the retail of FMCG sectors.

  • A business focussed programme/project management background delivering £5m+ change/transformation programmes.

  • Current or recent permanent employment with a reputable management consultancy or leading systems integrator at a senior level.

  • Fully mobile within the UK.

  • Proven track record of sales or business development.

  • Significant focus on retail and/or FMCG sector.
