Principal Consultant: Financial Services

This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded senior consulting professional to join a growing Financial Services consulting practice, within a highly successful IT and Business Process Outsourcing company. They wish to capitalise on the strong position they hold in a number of financial services organisations: principally retail banking and insurance, by building a management consulting practice.

The role will involve proposition building, selling and delivering consulting assignments. This will be a “lead and grow” role, which will also involve practice development, plus innovation and thought leadership.

This role would suit an experienced management consultant with deep retail financial services experience, who would relish the opportunity to take an active role in building a management consulting practice focusing on current key issues in the retail financial services market.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • Deep consulting experience at the interface of IT and business change

  • Strong financial services experience in retail banking or insurance

  • Ability to develop propositions relating to current issues in the FS market

  • Background in mainstream management consulting firm or the consulting division of a systems integrator
