Our client is an exceptionally highly regarded advisory firm with a focus on achieving results in high impact situations through restructuring, performance improvement, operations improvement and turnaround.

They seek hands on, results orientated consultants keen to work on UK and International assignments alongside very senior professionals where what they are doing really matters. This fast paced, stretching environment offers the opportunity to really make a difference with medium to large companies requiring hard and concrete change.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • Several years experience in a leading consulting firm, recognised boutique or leading Blue Chip plc at Manager level or above

  • Track record of bringing significant quantifiable improvements to a client

  • Exceptional academic background

  • Experience in operational improvement including depth in two or more of: manufacturing (MFO, lean manufacturing); supply chain; top line improvement (pricing, growth); retail, consumer goods, aerospace, process/manufacturing industries; cost reduction/management; cash/liquidity enhancement; corporate turnaround/ restructuring

  • 100% mobility i.e. away at client site during the week as required


Foreign language fluency, a post graduate degree and experience in Industry would all be potentially attractive but not essential.
