Exciting opportunity to join a niche business change/transformation specialist consultancy.

Join a highly successful, niche business change and transformation consultancy. Working closely with a range of high profile clients, mainly in the retail financial services sector, they design and oversee delivery of key programmes relating to commercial, operational and organisational issues, producing lasting business performance improvement.

This is a key role, working at the strategic end of business change and transformation projects, interfacing with senior decision makers and shaping change programmes, building the target operating model and change design, and then overseeing implementation. The role holder will also play a key part in the management and growth of the business.

Candidates will have deep experience in designing and managing projects/programmes and in leading the delivery of business change or transformation engagements; plus, have a desire to join a smaller firm and the ambition to shape and develop the organisation.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • Expertise in Business Change, Transformation and/or Business Process Re-engineering

  • Background in a managing consulting firm

  • Extensive Project/Programme management experience

  • Business and client development experience – managing bid process for consultancy work

  • Financial Services Experience would be a plus but not a pre-requisite

  • Educated to degree level
