Business Change Consultants! Join the internal business consulting division of a fast growing major banking group. The role will take responsibility for development and implementation of internal client projects and offer a unique opportunity to define and deliver the Group’s strategy and transformation goals.

The role will involve:

  • Business process reengineering and improvements; ranging from short term projects to address process deficiencies, plus definition and delivery of process models to support new product and business launchesM/li>
  • Organisational and structural definition, aligned to corporate and local operating models

  • Acting as a liaison with business and client teams: working with all functional areas to understand their business needs, plus liaise with IT to propose and implement solutions

  • Management of small teams and responsibility for project deliverables


This is a low travel role so will appeal to consultants that are keen to enhance their work/ life balance.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • Experience of delivery of business transformation consulting, either with a large management consulting firm, or the internal consulting operation of a large corporate (experience of banking would be appealing but not mandatory)

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to synthesise information and develop powerful insights and solutions

  • Experience of solving complex business problems and translating these into clear action plans

  • Understanding of basic drivers for cost management and impact of processes and systems changes on costs

  • Educated to degree level
