Senior level opportunities in a highly successful global management consultancy focussed on major, high impact business transformation programmes.

With a global reach this highly regarded niche consulting firm has an enviable track record for successful delivery of large, complex business programmes: with exceptional and continued growth over the last two years compounded by a number of recent wins of large programmes with major Blue chip clients they are set for further success. Although a medium sized player the scale and reach of the assignments they are working on are a match for the largest global firms and your role will therefore have significantly more influence and impact.

As a result of this growth they now seek senior and accomplished Programme Managers/Transformation Directors with proven experience in consulting sales and practice/business growth. You will have gained your experience within a large management consultancy, IT services firm or working for a smaller consultancy and will have a solid foundation in project management. This is a company who only recruits the best, and in return will give you responsibility and an opportunity to shape direction from day one as a key member of the UK team.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • Track record of selling and delivering consulting in any one of Financial Services, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities and Oil

  • Large scale business transformation and programme delivery experience

  • Current or recent permanent employment with a leading management consultancy at a senior level

  • Full travel mobility
