Initially we write the copy and advise on advertising format/layout and creative content. Once the campaign is underway we handle all administration associated with the response handling. Once we have evaluated all the applications we conduct preliminary interviews before presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates to the client. We proactively manage the final interviews and offer process, managing the feedback from both candidate and client to ensure a successful conclusion to the assignment.

Management Consultancies AssociationFollowing an initial briefing meeting with the President of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) we recommended , given the broad range of organisations and backgrounds from which potential candidates could be identified, that we source applications through an advertising campaign. Prism prepared and agreed an MCA branded advertisement before placing it on selected websites. A copy of the advertisement was also mailed to both the MCA member firms and to a significant number of contacts/candidates from the Prism database.

We interviewed more than twenty candidates on behalf of the MCA before presenting a shortlist for their Selection Panel to meet. The shortlisted candidates were then briefed by Prism on preparing a presentation as part of the final selection process. Following the final interviews and presentations an offer was made and accepted.
