High calibre change management professionals sought to join the impressive and fast growing energy consulting practice at this leading global consulting and IT services firm.

As a result of organic growth and acquisition, the practice has successfully forged with a number of global oil and gas super majors, selling strategically driven transformation engagements to resolve industry level challenges, ranging from oil exploration and extraction, through to the refinery and distribution operations and processes.

With continued investment and commitment to the sector comes demand for consultants with an appetite for growth and fresh challenges to compliment and develop this challenging and fast moving practice.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex transformational engagements for a recognised consultancy firm, systems integrator or consulting change team. Typical projects will include the design and delivery of solutions, incorporating business analysis, process mapping and improvement, target operating models, organisational design and development.

An awareness of the oil and energy sector is sought at all levels, with prior experience absolutely mandatory for managers and senior managers.

  • Recent experience in change/transformation consulting

  • Exposure to the energy sector

  • Evidence of career stability and growth gained within a reputable consulting practice

  • Minimum Bachelors degree education

  • Interest in working internationally and full flexibility on travel
