Our client is a unique and independent consulting firm, well established, successful and with a long pedigree of working at the most senior levels with impressive world class clients across sector. Their growth has continued through the current downturn, and the business works across the full change/transformation lifecycle from business and IT strategy through planning and solutioning to delivery and benefits realisation.

Consultants typically work in small teams but with big influence, leveraging experience and capability to have a real impact: the work is wholly client focussed with none of the internal politics and agendas found in larger players. The firm is very non hierarchical: staff are either Partners or Consultants: no multiple layers and sub layers of grades here.

Their outstanding track record means very high levels of repeat business which means no sales or utilisation targets: there is plenty of work to go around and the business is free to only take on work where they can truly make a difference. Crucially for staff, they only take on work in the South East of England so NO TRAVEL.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

  • 2.1 degree or above (if 2.2 then at least 360 UCAS points or GPA equivalent) from Russell Group University or equivalent top 25.

  • Currently/recently an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager in a highly regarded consulting firm, either a major player or niche. (Almost certainly with some experience in a leading firm however).

  • Significant project/programme management experience managing at least £1m+ budgets and complex business work streams.
