Chris Sale

A co–founder and Director of Prism, Chris has worked in recruitment for eighteen years and since 1990 has focused primarily on providing Search and Selection services within the management consultancy sector, with a focus on Partner, Director and executive level appointments. During this period he has gained an unrivalled knowledge of this complex and varied market, together with an exceptional contact base and network. In addition he has handled senior line management appointments for major 'Blue Chip' organisations across a number of business sectors. Prior to joining Prism he established and ran the management consultancy and IT recruitment businesses of a major recruitment firm.

On graduating from Durham in 1981, he worked in the retail sector for Marks and Spencer before commencing his career in recruitment.

Out of work, Chris enjoys haemorrhaging substantial sums of money on his children's education and spending the remainder on skiing in Lech and sitting on Corsican beaches. Other interests include reading, cycling, walking and philology.

Recently Chris has been awarded the accolade of “Top–Consultant.com Recruiter of the Year” in recognition of his professionalism and expertise in this demanding market.


Jonathan Ross

Managing Consultant – Professional Services. 44 years old and a graduate in Economics from Heriot–Watt University, Jonathan has 18 years executive recruitment experience and has been in the industry since he graduated.

After spending 12 years with a major executive recruitment company in a number of management roles Jonathan set up and ran an executive recruitment business for 3 years before joining Prism. He now focuses on the management consultancy sector, principally on IT and sales & marketing appointments.
