Prism wishes to take full advantage of new market opportunities by recruiting additional Consultants and Senior Consultants. We recruit cross-functionally, primarily in the £50,000–£150,000 salary range, for a quality client base in the management consultancy, Technology services and outsourcing sectors.

Providing Prism's clients with a range of retained and contingency services, our consultants handle the full recruitment life cycle from initial opportunity identification to successful placement. Our consultants are well supported in terms of a strong IT infrastructure/database, committed management team, client and candidate marketing programmes, and by a brand that is highly respected in the sectors on which we are focused.

Our preference is for consultants or resourcers who work or have worked for a ‘major player’ – as have most of our current consultancy team – and are now looking to be a ‘bigger fish in a smaller pond’. For those who, so far, have operated mainly on a contingency basis, Prism offers the opportunity to move up the ‘value chain’ in terms of both more retained work and higher level appointments to handle.

Headquartered near Heathrow, we have excellent access to our client base in the Thames Valley, Central London and Continental Europe and are able to offer first–class packages and excellent prospects for personal progression.

Prism is a small but well established, successful and highly regarded firm. We manage recruitment projects for a broad range of appointments, primarily in the £50,000 - £150,000 salary bracket, focused on employers in the Management Consultancy, IT services and Technology sectors.

Whilst you may not have heard of us, you will certainly know a number of our clients which include AT Kearney, Aviva, CSC and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

We will offer you the opportunity to make a real contribution from week one – by working alongside our team of experienced consultants on a range of projects. We believe this approach really differentiates us from larger ‘household name’ employers, who often give their new hires much narrower and more limited experience. No filing and photocopying here!

The role would typically involve employing analytical and research techniques to find candidates as well as briefing them on senior opportunities, discussing their careers and working to find them a rewarding new job.

A combination of this “on the job” coaching and both internal and external training will prepare you for the next step – promotion to Recruitment Consultant with your own portfolio of clients and jobs.
